- Check-in: Check-in is from 4:00 PM. We offer self-check-in for your convenience, and you will receive all the details on how to access the property prior to your arrival.
- Check-out: Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee, depending on availability.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on our booking schedule. Please contact us in advance if you require either, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Each property is equipped with a key box. We will provide you the access card for the property. This allows for a seamless self-check-in process.

Our accommodations are fully furnished and includes:
- Free Wi-Fi
- Smart TV with streaming services
- Fully equipped kitchen (including a fridge, freezer, microwave, cooker, and essential cookware)
- Fresh linens and towels
- Washing machine and dryer (not all properties have dryers)
- Iron and ironing board
- Hairdryer
- Free parking on premises (if applicable)

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at our properties to maintain a clean and allergen-free environment for all guests.

For stays under 30 days: a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for a full refund.
For stays of 30 days or more: a minimum of 14 days notice is required for a full refund.

Yes, children are welcome. However, please note that the property is not baby-proofed, and we do not provide baby equipment such as cots and high chairs.

Yes, we ask that all guests respect the following house rules:
- No parties or events
- No pets
- No smoking inside the property
- Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during the evening and early morning hours
- Follow the check-in and check-out times unless previously arranged with us
